This page will go through the entire Morocco VA process, giving complete support.
Please click on the videos throughout the page.
This portion of the app gathers the straight ahead and upward gaze movement of the lens while on the patient’s eye.
As you can see on the video to the right, the lens will move as you scroll the bar across.
Important things to consider when looking at movement of the contact lens;
This portion of the app collects information about the rotation of the lens while on the patient’s eye for both straight ahead and upward gazes.
The app allows you to choose whether the fit is stable or unstable based on the amount of rotation shown.
Stable rotation in straight ahead and upwards gaze – lens is TIGHT
Unstable rotation in straight ahead and upwards gaze – lens is FLAT
A rotated lens means that the fit is not correct. The final powered lens will not rotate to the same position.
This section goes through lens centration of the straight and upwards gaze of the fit. The fitting app allows you to move the lens by clicking and holding on to the centre of the lens.
Then you can move the lens to where the patients contact lens lies.
The fitting app will record the results.
This part of the app shows all the report information for movement, rotation and centration.
At this point you can decide whether to try another lens

This section of the fitting app allows you to go through how comfortable the contact lens is for the patient.
Initial Discomfort:
Think Flat
Discomfort increasing with time:
Think Tight
In this section of the app information pertaining to Visual Acuity, Rx and Comfort are collected. Of particular significance is the patient’s stability of visual acuity after a blink. An ideal fit would have stable vision during blinking. The following points should be kept in mind:
VA is assessed with best over refraction in place.
Flat Fit: Blurry then Clear
Steep Fit: Clear then Blurry
VISION SHOULD BE STABLE
At the end of the report all the circles should be coloured green for the fit to be accurate and successful.
