Encore™

Practitioners who register patients on our Encore™ frequent replacement scheme benefit from preferential pricing. An administration fee of £10 will be applied to Encore™ cancellations where less than two weeks notification is given prior to date of recall.

There is no cancellation fee in relation to our disposable lenses.

Tinting

We do not credit or exchange tinted, coloured or prosthetic lenses - if no fitting warranty has been purchased, unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Delivery

Disposable lenses are despatched within 48 hours of receipt of order. Every effort is made to ensure that all other lenses are despatched within 4 working days from receipt of the order. In some cases, such as tinted lenses, extra time may be required.

A minimum charge of £2.50 is made to cover postage and packing.

Return of Product

Unopened stock lenses may be returned for exchange or credit, providing they are in a good saleable condition with a minimum of 2 years shelf life remaining.

Exchange Guarantee

Unless already included, an optional fitting warranty may be purchased upon request excluding disposables and multi-packs. The fees for the warranty are quoted in the price list. The fitting warranty allows for up to two exchanges within 90 days from the original order date.

Should the lenses prove unsatisfactory a 75% credit will be given on the total lens cost (excluding the warranty charge).

We are unable to credit lenses that are returned due to the patient not collecting their lenses.

Payment

Our standard payment terms are 30 days from the date of the invoice. Failure to observe these terms will lead to the account being placed on hold.

The Company reserves the right to cease trading with any customer if there is an unsatisfactory observance of our payment terms or any of the above conditions.

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with English law and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. All orders are deemed to have been placed by the customer and accepted by UltraVision upon and subject to these terms and conditions. 

All goods supplied remain the property of UltraVision until payment is received in full. Products are supplied in the UK on the basis that they will be sold through recognised optical outlets. UltraVision reserves the right to alter any prices and terms without prior notice. UltraVision also reserves the right to refuse to accept or to cancel any order at any time.
